| Can you rent our home
while we are away?
Yes, your home can be placed in our rental program and made
available for rental when you are not in residence, we will
ready the property for rental and advise on what you will
need in place.
Can we market the home ourselves?
Yes, we will treat your rentals exactly the same as ones
we place in the home, we will register your guests and take
a security deposit as well as advise them of local areas
of interest and things to do and answer any questions the
guests may have.
Can we work together to maximize rentals in the
property?
Yes, we will work alongside you in the renting of your home,
you will be able to check availability of the property 24/7
by visiting “Your Property” on-line; we do prefer
to work on a “First come First served basis”
when working together.
How do we book our property?
You will be give an online username and password which will
allow you to go into our reservation system and make a booking,
once made, a confirmation with a reservation number will
be sent to you via Email
How do guests get their check in packages if they
arrive outside normal office hours?
Guests are directed to the office as first point of contact,
if they arrive outside normal office hours we have a lock
box located by the main entrance to our offices, the guest
will have the key code to gain access, inside they will
find their check in package along with driving directions
to the property, they are advised to come back to the office
to register at their earliest opportunity.
