What type of properties
do you oversee?
Universal Vacations oversee many different types of properties
along the Gulfcoast of Florida:
• Condominiums
• Town-Houses
• Villas
• Homes with swimming pools

Why would we need to hire a professional property
management company?
It is very important for you to hire a professional company
to look after your property while not in residence, most of
our homeowners live over 4500 miles in Europe and want the
peace of mind that while they are away their property is being
looked after by a professional management company. Universal
Vacations are licensed by the Department of Business and Professional
Regulation to rent and manage properties in the State of Florida
We do not wish to rent our property out, will you
still look after the home while we are away?
Yes, we would still manage the home and carry out the identical
checks as if it was a rental property
How do you handle maintenance issues?
We employ our own maintenance staff, if the item needing repair
has to be carried out by an outside contractor then we arrange
to meet at the property and stay while the work is carried
out.
Do we need to file a US tax return?
In most cases, yes you would need to file an annual return
with the IRS; Universal Vacations can recommend a CPA who
would be in a position to file the return on your behalf,
the cost would approx $275.00 per return and would be paid
directly to the accounting firm.
